I am a trade member. Can I get free entry?

By holding any of the following cards, plus Government issued photo ID, trade members are eligible for free entry to the event.

  • HIA membership card
  • MBA membership card
  • Master Tradesman (MBA) membership card
  • DIA membership card
  • RAIA membership card
  • Master Plumbers membership card
  • Trade / Contractors License
  • Business card

Do children get free entry?

Yes, children up to 14 years are welcome with free entry!

Do you offer concession tickets?

Yes, the Reno + Design Show provides discounted tickets for concession holders. This includes discounted rates for individuals who hold the following:

  • Student ID
  • White Senior Card
  • Pension Card
  • Repatriation Health Card (Gold)
  • Health Care Card specifying reason as “age”
  • Veterans Affairs Card
  • For overseas seniors, Proof of Age Cards or Passport showing age as +65 years old

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Yes, you will be able to purchase a ticket at the door.

Where can I purchase my ticket?

Jump the queue and purchase your ticket online here:  Buy Your ticket. You will receive your ticket confirmation via email shortly after. This you can either print off or save on your phone to present on entry. But don’t worry, you can also buy a ticket at the door too!

What does my ticket include?

Your entry ticket will grant you entry to the show on the day you have selected. If you have selected a weekend pass, you will be able to visit the show as many times as you would like over the two day period. As a visitor, you will receive exclusive show deals, exciting discounts and opportunities to win unique prizes. The first 500 visitors each day will also receive a free coffee. At the show, you will be able to speak with renovation and design specialists, listen to conversations presented by renowned experts in the industry, see influential special guests and have the opportunity to access highly exclusive ticketed workshops.

How can I buy a ticket to the workshops?

When purchasing a workshop ticket, an entry ticket must also be held for the respective day you wish to attend.

Where are the best places to park?

There are two carparks available at the Brisbane Showgrounds; the Pavilion Car Park can be accessed via Gate 5 off O’Connell Terrace and the lower Royal International Convention Centre (Royal ICC) Car Park can be accessed via Gregory Terrace. These secure carparks are managed independently from the Reno + Design Show and we recommend checking prices and availability on the Brisbane Showgrounds website.

Herston Road Carpark is also available and offers $12 flat rate parking on weekends at 325 Herston Road, Herston QLD 4006.

Will there be food and drink?

Yes, there are options provided for food and drink at the show. Want more? Visit the Brisbane Showgrounds website to discover the range of delicious dining options located nearby in the Bowen Hills precinct. You will be able to travel in and out of the event as you please with your entry ticket on hand.

How can I arrive at the Brisbane Showgrounds?

The Brisbane Showgrounds and Royal ICC are located just 1.6km from the Brisbane CBD and are accessible via a range of transport options.

Train: Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley railway stations are less than a ten minute walk from the Brisbane Showgrounds. For further information phone TransLink on 13 12 30, or visit www.translink.com.au

Taxis: The main taxi companies in Brisbane are Black and White Cabs (ph. 13 32 22), or Yellow Cabs (ph. 13 19 24)

Driving: The Brisbane Showgrounds has parking available (Corner Gregory Terrace & Costin Street; entry via Gregory Terrace). We recommend you verify pricing and availability at the Brisbane Showgrounds website. Please note, this parking is managed independently from the Reno + Design Show.

How do I use a promo code?

You can enter your discount code at the top of the ticket purchase page before nominating your ticket selection, where it states ‘Enter promo code’.
