What does my ticket include?
One entry weekend ticket will get you entry for the whole weekend and the single day tickets will grant you entry for the day you purchase. You will receive the visitors handbook with all the exhibitors profiles and contact information, the opportunity to win exhibitors prizes and exhibitor discount offers, and sit in on any conversation zone talks you would like. How can I buy a ticket to the workshops?
When purchasing a workshop ticket, an entry ticket must also be held for the respective day you wish to attend.
When purchasing directly from the workshop page, the entry ticket is included in the ticket price. Under the workshop you wish to attend, there is the button “Book Workshop.” Here you are able to select the date and time, and the amount of spots to book, and finalise payment. You do not need to purchase an additional entry ticket when purchasing directly from the specific workshop page.
However, when purchasing from the general Buy Tickets page, you must first select either the day or weekend pass entry ticket and select “Order Now”. On the following page, you can add your workshop by scrolling to the very bottom where you can find the Additional Items (Optional) box. Within this box, you are able to select the workshop/s you wish to attend and add on the number of tickets you would like, as well select your preferred day and time.
I made an error with my ticket purchase!
That is no problem at all. Just contact the friendly organisers at firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to help solve the issue.
Do the workshops that are held both Saturday and Sunday have the same content?
Yes, when the same workshops are held at multiple times during the event (for example 10am-11am & 12-1pm), the workshop will be the same. You do not need to attend both workshops.
Do you offer a discount on multiple workshop tickets purchased at once?
Yes! If you and another person would like a Workshop ticket, there is often a discount for purchasing them together. If you are presented with the option to buy two discounted tickets on the drop down menu, you only need to put the quantity at 1. This will ensure you have two tickets. If you wish to buy four tickets, select two people on the drop down menu and set the quantity at 2, and so on.
